While Freyja and her crew will make every attempt to arrive and perform at your event.  Occasionally there are circumstances beyond our control which may prevent performance these include but are not limited to:

Weather,

Traffic,

Unsuitability of the venue (should Freyja and crew travel to an unsuitable venue the organizers will be invoiced for the total amount, plus travel and any accommodation required)

ill health of Freyja or a crew member,

Injury to Freyja or a crew member,

Non payment of an outstanding bill.



Payment



Payment method preferred is cash on the day for which you will receive a receipt, 

Paypal (this may include a fee as charged by Paypal) 

Cheques are additionally accepted subject to agreement at the time of booking





Should you wish to cancel a booked performance



There is no penalty for cancellations that give us 30 clear days notice



Cancellations giving 21 days clear notice will be invoiced at 25% of the total amount excluding any previously agreed discounts



Cancellations giving 14 days clear notice will be invoiced at 50% of the total amount excluding any previously agreed discounts



Cancellations giving 7 days clear notice will be invoiced at 75% of the total amount excluding any previously agreed discounts



Cancellations within 48 hours will receive an invoice for the total amount excluding any previously agreed discounts plus travel 



A minimum fee of £50 per performance or apperance will be invoiced for any cancellation giving less than 30 clear days notice
